Leigha thrives on ensuring processes and systems flow like a well-oiled machine. She is the go-to person for getting things done efficiently and keeping teams on track. She has a profound connection to family history and the pursuit of social justice. As the fourth generation living on land acquired after the displacement of the Queen City community (East Arlington) to construct The Pentagon, Leigha possesses a deep understanding of the importance of resilience and the empowerment that comes with land ownership and land access. When she’s not immersed in her professional duties, she’s planning her next island adventure with her closest friends!
