Tamzin Walters

Tamzin Walters is a curious human who continues to lead a curious life. Taz grew up below the poverty line in a food and housing insecure household, leading to their lifelong dedication to food and housing justice. Tamzin graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Violin Performance and Creative Writing. From their career as a classical violinist, to opening (and closing, a casualty of the Covid-19 pandemic) a secondhand store for craft supplies, to starting a farm with their partner, Taz is passionate about creating tangible things with their own hands. Tamzin and their partner, Kai, are in their second year of farming in south central Indiana, and currently have their hands full with six acres, five garden plots, four cats, three dogs, two goats, and one very spoiled sheep named Todd.
