Maddie comes to the National Young Farmers Coalition after farming for eight years, most recently as the owner and farmer at Grass + Grit Farm, a pasture-based livestock farm in the Hudson Valley. In addition to farming, she has worked in operational capacities for food and agriculture companies and organizations, including The Farm Bridge in Kingston, NY. Maddie holds a B.A. in economics and environmental studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
