Now in his eighth season of farming, Larry runs Dig Acres–a mixed vegetable operation and incubator program in the Black Dirt Region of the Hudson Valley that supplies the Dig restaurant group. He is on the organizing committee of the Hudson Valley chapter of Young Farmers. Prior to farming, Larry was a produce buyer for New York City’s Northern Spy Food Co and managed farmers markets in Washington, D.C.
