Josephine is owns and operates Cannon Valley Graziers, a lamb, wool and targeted grazing enterprise. Her flock of 60 sheep are rotationally grazed in her region for landscape management and in 2020 she will begin a pilot a solar grazing program with a local solar energy company. In 2019, her wool sock project was a hit. With 2020 grant funding she plans to further develop sock branding and marketing, and scale production from 50 to 500 socks.
