Josephine Perez
Josephine Perez is part of the first-generation farmer team at Riverbird Farm in Shelton, Washington. The farm produces pasture-raised poultry and serves local and regional customers in Washington state through CSA shares, farmers markets, restaurant wholesale, and more. Riverbird Farm will use these grant funds to offset the cost of the facility they use for poultry processing and packaging.
