Joanna is a farmer, permaculture enthusiast, and wife in central California, where she works at a small farm and sells to local restaurants. When she is not working, she is busy keeping up with her dogs and wrangling a diverse array of plants and animals on her 5-acre property. With this grant, she will be making energy-efficient improvements to her farm.
