Jaclyn (or Jac) helps facilitate the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network (FRSAN) in the Northeast. After working on farms and with agriculture nonprofits, Jac entered graduate school to study how power impacts farming communities and marginalized farmers’ resistance strategies. After researching queer farmers in the rural Midwest, Jac spent time with Australian farmers and became interested in farmer health and wellness. Jaclyn holds a B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College and is completing a Ph.D. in Sociology at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
