Evan supports the Coalition from the shores of Lake Superior, where he began working in community with regional farmers in 2011. Originally from the Twin Cities, Evan has worked in both urban and rural agricultural settings and has supported a variety of food justice initiatives through farmers cooperatives, community non-profits, and grassroots efforts. Poetry, gardening, running, and eating good food in good company are what keeps him going.
