Elizabeth Guerra is a Latina social justice activist and Queens native with over fifteen years of experience building community power through community organizing, volunteer engagement, and popular education at non-profits and unions throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Elizabeth has technical expertise in collective bargaining, multi-layered campaign development, women’s rights, power building, and reproductive, racial, economic and worker justice. Elizabeth is a full spectrum doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, beekeeper and farmer. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and her Masters from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. Elizabeth is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Connecticut – Stamford.
