After graduating from Allegheny College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, Adrienne trained to be a farmer through apprenticeship programs in the Hudson Valley and Eastern Long Island. Over the last four years, she built her growing skills, focusing on mixed vegetable, flower, and wheat production at Amber Waves farm in Amagansett, NY during the summer, and at Cruz del Sur farm in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay during the winter months. Adrienne relocated to Pittsburgh to be closer to her family and Ohio roots. She intends to continue growing vegetables and grains in the Western Pennsylvania region in the near future.
