Amanda Brezzell

Hi! My name is Amanda and I co-founded my family farm and sustainable agricultural design group with my sister Claire. Together we run Fennigan’s Farms. Here, we build agricultural spaces (gardens and farms) across our hometown of Detroit, Michigan, and grow herbs, flowers, and produce for our community. We believe that no matter who or where you are, you deserve to have sustainable access to fresh food and beautiful green spaces. With this funding, we will be able to cover operating costs and expenses for our 2022 season, and finally become owners of the land we keep. Because of this investment in us, we are able to continue to make meaningful and wanted investments in our city.
