    If I understand your question correctly, you should probably start your research with the cooperative extension office, USDA office, or regional farm advocacy organization that’s closest to you. They’d be the best people who can tell you what programs and opportunities are available in your specific area. Check out NYFC’s various directories to find those offices and organizations near you!
