The Young Farmers Coalition of Southeastern PA is a small but growing and enthusiastic chapter! We often just go by “Young Farmers of PA” and welcome all interested in our work throughout the state to join us. We thrive to create a space for young and beginning farmers in the greater Philadelphia region and beyond to connect, mobilize, share ideas, and build community.
We host mixers and potlucks throughout the year to gather farmers together, and we collaborate with other local organizations, such as Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA), to co-host workshops. We support policies at both the national and local level that accelerate the success of young and beginning farmers. We support our PA young farmers!
