The Vermont Young Farmers Coalition serves young and beginning farmers that come from all areas of Vermont agriculture. We are led by a team of farm owners, workers, and service providers with connections to many of the excellent existing state-wide programs that assist beginning farmers. Our primary focus is to connect beginning farmers to these resources as well as to each other through an email listserv, Facebook, and Instagram. We also help represent beginning farmers’ interests at the State House and in local political arenas.
