Please join the National Young Farmers Coalition and the  Democracy at Work Institute on November 21th at 6pm EST for a webinar on how cooperative businesses are helping to build local food economies and support young farmers in creating new markets, reaching new customers and building sustainable, rewarding farm-based enterprises.

We will be joined by farmers, entrepreneurs and local food system advocates who will discuss their cooperative business success stories. We’ll also introduce the first steps and resources for starting a new cooperative business.

This webinar is the first in a series of efforts by the Democracy at Work Institute and the National Young Farmers Coalition in the coming year to assist young farmers, food systems advocates and entrepreneurs in using the cooperative model to grow their businesses and local food systems.
